Our 5th graders are off to camp. We are proud that our school has one of the longest running outdoor education programs in the district. Our parents, PTA and staff work hard to make this a reality for every single 5th grader at Juanita. It’s a learning adventure of a lifetime and before you know it, your kids will be attending camp too.
Save the date for our 1st Family Movie Night of the year on Friday, October 27th. We will be showing Hotel Transylvania 2.
Since it falls right before Halloween, we are turning the evening into a fun Harvest Party Costume Showcase. Bring your entire family, let your kid’s showcase their fun costumes (dressing up is not required) and join us for a pizza dinner.
This is a free event, however donations are greatly appreciated and benefit outdoor education. Concessions will be available for purchase and are cash only.
Do you have unique hand-crafted or other immediate sale items? If so, consider renting a space ($50 per space) at our 2nd annual Holiday Bazaar to showcase your fantastic goods.
This holiday bazaar is scheduled for to take place on Saturday, December 2nd from
10am-4pm. All rental proceeds go to the Outdoor Education Camp for 5th graders.

This Friday is our 1st Spirit Day and Popcorn Friday of the year! Have your student wear RED (our school color or Seahawk blue – if you are a Seahawks fan) and bring a couple quarters to school with them. Students are allowed to purchase 1-2 bags of popcorn bags during their lunch recess. Each bag is 50 cents.
